Ernesto Gentili allocates the Pagliarese Chianti Classico Riserva 2015 with 95/100 and include the wine in 2018 podium, it will follow the reviewed: “colore naturale da sangiovese, profumi, coerenti con la tipologia, di alloro, rosmarino, liquirizia e violette essiccate; in bocca è fresco, scattante, dotato della tensione tipica del sangiovese e della salinità della zona di Berardenga. Il finale è lungo e piacevolmente contrastato. Un grande ritorno per un’etichetta storica.”.
