Tra i vini giudicati da Galloni anche Pagliarese 2015 Chianti Classico Riserva, così presentato: “A new wine from Fèlsina’s Pagliarese property, the 2015 Chianti Classico Riserva is stellar. It is also quite a bit darker and more concentrated than the straight Chianti Classico in this range. Tobacco, smoke, game and licorice, along with huge tannins, add to the wine’s decidedly somber personality. It will be interesting to see where the Riserva goes in time. Today, I find more pleasure and joy in the straight bottling.”.
